Aims/Objectives/Mission : The reason for establishing the organisation is a deep concern that its? founders harbour for the cause of women?s discrimination. The founders recognize that this discrimination is manifold, absolute and omnipresent, to the extent that it is taken as a normal part of everyday life. H.A.L.L.A aims to dispel certain accepted notions that society and its constituting individuals harbour towards women and marginalized communities. The design is to make H.A.L.L.A. a nation wide organisation.
