Purpose : Child Welfare, Education, Food And Nutrition, Health, Human Development, Medical Relief, Physically Disabled Festival For All, Encouraging Extracurricular Activity.
Aim/Objective/Mission : We believe that every human being is a part of the almighty/god. So we serve the people as worship. Running projects dress distribution- our first step towards spreading happiness among the underserved started with dress distribution to street children during the festive season (i.e. Durga puja, biggest festival of west bengal) in 2011.the motive of this project is to give them happiness by their participation and make the festival for all. Food distribution-among homeless elderly and physically/mentally challenged persons. To provide them some relief from daily begging we started distributing dry foods, i.e., puffed rice, biscuit, chire bhaja, cake etc among them from 2011. Soumya foundation- it is the medical unit of agamani, named after late soumyadip roy. We provide essential and emergency medicines for the rural people and first aid box to the needy schools under this programme. Child care and development (ccd)- ?on the auspicious birth anniversary of swami vivekananda dated 12 january, 2014, agamani announced the commencement of child care and development (ccd) project for overall children development programme round the year. Presently two main activities done under this project are as follows- education for life- agamani provides round the year educational supports to the six schools of remote hingalganj, basirhat subdivision, north 24 paraganas, west bengal, india. Fun day cum drawing competition- a breather out of the hectic routine, a joyful day with lots of love, care and gifts. Simultaneously we organize a drawing competition among the students of a primary school to enhance their passion for extracurricular activity as well as creativity.
