Data collection and dissemination. Trainers training programme. Resolve the various issues of consumers through negotiations. Conducting seminars, workshops, counseling and support in share and insurance marketing. Training on disaster management and organizing volunteers. Taking steps to make the people aware of the existing welfare schemes and helping them to benefit from them. Programs for disabled people. Public interests litigation & advocacy and lobbying among influential people. Striving for the introduction of consumer education in school colleges. Participating in several initiative to protect our environment.
