To liason between the prisoner, family, state agencies and cjs for custodial justice & successful rehabilitation of the prisoner. To professionally counsel hard-core criminals towards reform and rehabilitation. To educate prisoners as regards welfare schemes of the state government and help them access the same. To conduct research programs on various social inequities to update and improve the judicial system.
