Aims/Objectives/Mission : To impart advanced training for up-gradation of skill and technical expertise in the brass & bell metal work. To provide economic opportunity to artisans group in the technologically advanced brass, bell metal & tribal Dhokra work. Linking with marketing agencies to provide marketing support for both local & export need. To improve the performance of the artisans by way of developing their skill. To induce them to adopt need based improved technology to increase productivity, improve quality, so that their earning will go up. To enable the artisans to assess their own level of performance and productivity, determine the strength and weakness in the existing technology and skill and prepare a concrete action plan for development of their skill by way of adoption of appropriate improved technology. To help with the process through a number of inputs that involved with artisan income generation, marketing, training and design inputs and community organization.
