Aim/Objective/Mission: Anweshi aims at the elimination of all forms of violence against women and children, irrespective of their caste, religious or economic status. It has a core of executive committee members who are committed to the cause of women’s liberation and are determined to carry forward the organization facing all sorts of difficulties. It aims at the empowerment of women, making women capable of dealing with the violence they face in their everyday life, be it within the four walls of the family or the streets or the workplace which has of late become a breeding ground for gender violence.
