To strengthen the governance process and ensuring participation of poor and marginalized community in the planning, implementation and evaluation, by enforcing accountability for both expenditures and outcomes measures like social audit, public hearing through community based organizations. To address the emergency needs of women, men girls, boys, person with disability and person living with tb, leprosy, hiv & aids.
