Purpose : General – Social Welfare, Health, Social Awareness, Volunteers. Mass Awareness On Organ Donation After Brain Death.
Aim/Objective/Mission : For last 27years, we are operating thalassaemia and aids prevention society and actively worked for the mass awareness generation and medical support also to strengthen them mentally and bring them to mainstream of our society. We dedicated to work on thalassemia and hiv / aids prevention and its eradication of stigma and panic in our society. We organised different rallies, seminars and cultural programmes all over west bengal. We successfully achieved our objective to make common people aware about thalassaemia and aids prevention and measures to eradicate the both from our society. We believe our new mission regarding awareness for organ donation in vision to save valuable life will be fruitful and our noble endeavour to be accomplished. In the recent time we have observed that due to lack of awareness, for different organ failures people are dying, but these unfortunate people can be saved through organ donation. So, we have initiated to establish a ngo to work in this ground in view to provide mass awareness about organ donation after brain death to save valuable lives. Our mission create public awareness to become a organ donor. Counsel families of brain dead victims to donate their loved ones’ organs create a computerized network for logistic support for organ donation in hospitals and the utilization of organs raising resources to promote organ donation efficiently.
