Purpose : Capacity building of women and children by meeting their basic education, health and skill development.
Aims/Objectives/Mission : Aims and objectives of sadrag to conduct action research in development issues in the context of changing economic and socio-cultural variables. Address development issues in rural as well as urban areas. Study the socio-cultural construct of ‘gender’ as prevalent and practiced in Indian society. Conduct research in gender issues with an integrated approach. These would be broadly covered under poverty, work, health, violence, governance, human rights, media and the girl child. Disseminate research findings among the various stakeholders, policy makers, academicians and social activists. Work in the areas of marriage and family through counseling and provision of help to family members in distress. Initiate action projects for the well-being of local community.
