Aim/Objective/Mission : The organisation has a board of management which comprises experienced persons on subject matters as well as the written by-laws. Deep is primarily working for the development of child and women. The programmes of deep saikshik evam samajik sanstha are focused on primary education, computer education, skill development courses, awareness camp, health care, womens training, rurel development, conservation of natural resources and community well being. It has given all sort of support and attention to the poor, child, women, old, widows, handicapped, exploited and deprived section of the society.
