Purpose : Women’s issues
Aims/Objectives/Mission : The institute works for the welfare and progress of women. It gives scope for men emancipated from male chauvinism to strive for the progress of women in all spheres of life in cooperation with like-minded women. The goals of the institute include awareness building of women, training of women social workers, education in its true sense of the women, providing services like marriage and family counselling, short stay homes and publications of feminist literature besides others. It seeks to educate its members, the society and those associated with governance of people’s affairs on issues concerning women.
