Aims/Objectives/Mission : The primary aim of the VCA is to accord priority to Indian adoptive parents settled in India irrespective of religion, caste or creed by co-ordinating the efforts of member licensed/recognised placement agencies to place legally free children in adoption. It shall actively promote Indian adoption and formulate develop and execute programmes and activities for generating awareness in this regard.
