Purpose :
Aims/Objectives/Mission : Partogram mission- for human/mother/child right/ further reduction of highlystatic newborn deaths & also imr/mmr/ to create awareness for getting assistance/to monitor all pregnancies – by home assistants/husband/ eldersas per qualified medical attendant guidance, mobilisation for institutional delivery early or noting the time of onset of labourpain in the family health folder attached with world health organisation’s govt. approved photography followed by motivating medical attendants to monitor minute by minute(tech-mandatory) mother & fetal conditions during the normal/compl/course of labour conducted by them noting in the partogram, as guided by w.h.o. Training module for all normal deliveries/complicated deliveries/timely referral & treatment for under child (newborn) survival & safe mother hood project launched on august 20 th 1992 on the birth anniversary of our late p.m. Of India.
