Accordingly, the combined goals of our projects are to: create economic opportunity for all, especially the needy women, through shg (self help group) development, provide the quality of economical independency generally by promote exceptional talent in girls/women by organize free training program me, improve the quality of education generally and promote exceptional talent, encourage arts and crafts and offer opportunities for creative work, bring about social equality for women we organize awareness camps for many issue of women like domestic violence, low average of women, less health resources, illiteracy of women, especially for urban and rural women and deprived communities, assure the preservation of nature, use resources carefully and protect the environment, support activities that satisfy the legal needs of the illiterate women and increase public participation in the governance of the country. We hope that our initiatives will improve the lives of the poor and bring dignity to their existence. We intend to help create communities that are economically stable and self-sustaining in the longer term, enjoy quality healthcare, social harmony and equality and provide opportunity for all. All our projects shall be carefully structured and implemented to be true to this mission. In every instance, we shall commit ourselves to constantly improving on what we have done before. We offer no philosophy of our own and our conduct.

Aim/Objective/Mission : Our training programmes are a collective approach to overall development of women and our capacity building programmes cut across all the requirements. Our training programmes help to develop women?s self-esteem, confidence and leadership skills. Local women leaders understand the power of collective struggle and organize to take the aviral movement forward. Trainings help women build their capacity, both technical as well as managerial. They also discuss the importance of women workers in society and the struggle for equality. These training programmes help raise the women?s awareness levels. They also learn to share information and experiences and develop a sense of pride in themselves and their organization. Given the illiteracy level in india and amongst our members, all our training methods are based on interactive approaches. The participants are involved from the very beginning in the training through activities like role-play, discussions, exercises, drawings, songs and games. We believe in learning by doing and this philosophy guides the classes and field exposures. Our capacity building programmes can be categorized as leadership, technical, exposure and dialogue and other training programmes.

Aim/Objective/Mission : IAPT is an association of physics teachers working to improve physics teaching at all the levels using innovative ideas and methods and trying to make subject interesting among the students. All the work of iapt is totally voluntary and no remuneration or honorarium is paid any of its members. At present there are nearly 7000 life members of iapt through out the country. We are also conducting examinations at junior level, intermediate level and graduate level. Only iapt is authorized by hbcse for screening of national and international physics olympiads.
