Aim/Objective/Mission : The organization has been formed with a motto to take appropriate action and targeted intervention for employment generation by way of taking up different self-employment schemes likely agricultural farming, handloom, handicrafts, veterinary, live stock management, formation of shgs, training, educational, development etc. For rural, tribal and disadvantage group of people in rural and underdeveloped areas. During last sevsn years, the organization has been dedicatedly involved in rural development activities starts from health and family welfare plan to production and marketing of different value added products for the benefits of rural poor and down trodden people of the society. The organization has taken some serious steps towards the rural development activities with the minimum manpower. The poor people of these areas have started believing their potential and coming forward with the adoption of new income generating activities for their self-sustainability. The collective effort of sompriti family resulted in getting to optimum level of cash crops which in turn contributed a reasonable amount of income to the organization. An awareness campaign on the rights& privileges of senior citizens was held successfully in collaboration with golaghat district legal services authority. Similarly, five awareness programmes were held successfully in fianancial collaboration with Nabard, Golaghat district, within a period of four months. Along with construction of more than five hundred nos of individual house hold latrines meant for the people living below the poverty line under the office of the aee, dergaon sub division, department of public health and engineering, govt. of assam. Our programs are sponsored by ( till march 2016) Nabard, Golaghat district deptt. of horticulture, Assam agriculture university, Jorhat district legal services authority, golaghat district nehru yuva kendra sangathan, Golaghat district department of public health and engineering, govt. of Assam.

Aim/Objective/Mission : The organization for the last couple of years of its existence has been sincerely working for the development of the craftsperson and artisans & underprivileged strata of the society within its area of operation using its own resources. To promote economic activities for self sustainability the organization has been forming self help groups among the artisans and rural poor in general. The organization has organized and successfully conducted a number of training programmes related to the development of handicrafts and the artisans as well incurring the expenditures upon its own source. The organization has been regularly organizing awareness programmes on handicrafts, marketing of products and other opportunities, importance of group activities thorough shgs, group dynamics, various government schemes for socio economic security with a view to encourage and uphold the spirit of the artisans to infuse in them a sense of work culture so that they can further themselves towards economic empowerment.
