Aims/Objectives/Mission : MPVS is committed to generate scientific temperament among the people for better living and environment. It aims at concrete analysis of the impact of science on society. It’s role in socio-economic and political context include increasing scientific input in development and planning and a self- reliant peoples science movement for scientific temper and awareness towards science and technology to work for world peace, protection of environment and the eco-system, conducting seminars, exhibitions and competitions. The thrust areas include immunisation and health campaigns, innovation and dissemination of rural technology, environmental studies and awareness, science popularisation, literacy and education.
