Brief organization background the driving forces of economic growth and social development for any country depend up on basically two very important component, skills and knowledge. The majority of the youth coming out from the educational institutions are educated, but lack of requisite skills prohibits them from making readily employable. To overcome these hurdles, our talent pool needs to be adequately skilled by imparting sector specific skill training and by providing access to companies/ institutions for practical training. Acknowledging the critical importance of skill development both as a crucial engine of economic growth and as a solution for unemployment, pmg commerce edge foundation has established on 18th june 2009 for making self-reliant of every coast of people of the society as financially and technically and serving for social development. Skill building- pmg commerce edge foundation attempt pmg commerce edge foundation has done self-reliant 12000 nos. Trainees till date by employment & self-employment in various fields by providing training such as textiles, carpet, retail and it is ongoing towards its endeavor. We provide training in the courses they have chosen and offer employability programs to the youth who have completed the training. In addition to this, we teach them on attitude at work place and make them industry ready with soft skills. The organization has been conducting many prosperity schemes with help of intellectuals of society.
