Aims/Objectives/Mission : Hindi Urdu Koumi Ekta Manch Solapur was established on 19.12.2005 & was registered under Maharashtra Trust Registration Act 1860.
It was established to strengthen National Integrity & communal Harmony through various cultural programmes. The main object is to bring together various? languages & their followers. It has organized various programmes for its objectives.
In August 2007 a Mushaira was organized where all poets were non Muslims. It was unique feature that Urdu Poetry was presented by non Muslim poets.
In July 2009 a bilingual Kavi Sammelan was organized for Urdu & Marathi lovers. Poets from Urdu & Marathi presented their poetry from one platform & their followers also sat together. A Gazal Sandhya was oeganized where Noted Gazal Singer Bhimrao Panchale presented Urdu & Marathi Gazals.
In Feb 2012 Premchand Mahotsav was organized where Hindi & Urdu speaking audience sat together.
Recently a Mushaira/ Kavi Sammelan of Urdu & Hindi Poets on BETI BACHA O was arranged at Solapur. This was also arranged to bring closer various languages speakers.
Since its inception it has organized cultural programmes for strengthening Communal Harmony & National Integrity.
