To educate women and girls in human rights education, legal resources and empowerment of women/girls through formation of self help groups the grama prgathi society is a non-governmental, non-profitable, non-political, secular rural developmental civil service society, working in semi-arid rayalaseema region in Andhra Pradesh. It is founded in 2009, and it is now working in more than 50 villages in ananthapuramu district of Andhra Pradesh. Sarada society has a good track record with sound background of the professionals, who have vast experience in the field of development. The society is committed to promote sustainable, equitable and constructive development for rural needy, poor and disadvantaged communities. The sarada society also initiated efforts in various inter-related spheres such as education, livelihoods, watershed management, natural resource management, health, women empowerment, and vocational & skill based trainings for youth and adolescent girls.
