To cater medical aid in the rural under developed and backward areas. To enable rural people to undertake projects relating to agricultural development such as minor & small scale irrigation seed development projects, cooperative farming etc. To undertake training programme in various arts & crafts, cottage & small scale industries for the functional growth of the rural youth by using available resources. To develop the scientific temperament among rural people by organizing seminars, symposium, discussion, folk entertainment with audio-visual aids.
