Aim/Objective/Mission: Origin of the organisation the Shikhar Yuva Manch has originated in 1995. It is a group of rural youth. Rural youths has started some activities in there nearest villages to create awareness about education campaign for the dropout children, counseling and support for higher education, some times groups were organizing sports, competition, cultural activities and awareness campaign on health, environment and rural employment etc. in 1997 like-minded youths group has decided to register the group as an organization. To empower and uplift the poor, vulnerable and most marginalized section of the society. To under the different kinds of programs and conduct the activities that help for empowering and uplifting of an excluded, disadvantaged, poor and marginalized people including women, child labour, tribal and dalit. To enhance awareness of human rights and democracy.
