Purpose :
Aims/Objectives/Mission : Cead, established in 1998, is a rural development organisation started due to dearth development activities in the needy area where poverty has highly stricken. Cead caters to the needs of children, youth, adolescents, migrant labour, the fishing communities, plhivs, clhivs and second generation children being trafficked (vocset children). Cead is a specialized organisation in developing fishing communities especially the children and youth to build up capacities on community based disaster preparedness and school based disaster preparedness programmes.
