Aim/Objective/Mission : The aim was to support women to become independent in spirit, in thought, in action and have full control over their lives rather than be the victim of others. This was only possible by developing skill and educating them for entrepreneurship. We work with governments, communities, and other key partners to extend the reach of skill development, rural development and improve the quality of services in effective and sustainable ways. Objectives help guide counsel women through skill development workshops, vocational trainings, developing entrepreneurship spirit, awareness of all the governments schemes and policies through guidance and counseling so that they become self-dependent. Create awareness among women in particular and the society in general, about family life and relationships, the situation of women in the family and society, the rights and the identity of women. Provide gender specific services to the women and girl child through financial assistance, counseling and vocational guidance and training and for creation of awareness of their rights and responsibilities.
