Facilitate farmers’ organization to take lead role on mobilizing support services and resources. Facilitate private investments for infrastructure development, private institutions have to take lead in the delivery of goods and services to ultimate users (farmers). Facilitate the processing and marketing activities of the agricultural, livestock, dairy, poultry, silk and allied produce of the farmers with the help of private sector institutions. To develop a society for conducting programs of welfare and development of commons with emphasis on socially deprived categories including sc, st, obc, women, children aged & handicapped. To take up programs on rule development health & sanitation. Training & education, awareness generation, rehabilitation of special need group programs of social defend, environment protection & allied programs. To take up the programs of welfare of farmers and rural development in collaboration with individuals and agencies of local national level. To organize programs to, culture, handicrafts, health, environment, panchayat raj, youth & sports & encourage people s participation in all spheres of welfare and development. To establish and operate library, study center and information centre in rural area and also legal aid center for poor and needy people. To educate the people for adoption of the good norms of a good citizenship and to inculcate into the people’s mind, ideals of national unity. To propagate the need for tree plantation / pollution control and environmental awareness to help and generate training programme for self-employment of women and educated unemployed people and to work for adult education. To provide help under health & nutrition services for women and children. To publish newspaper, magazine, journals and to reproduce works of arts, literature, science, crafts and other allied works/collections of works of arts for instruction and imparting useful knowledge. Inform women about their rights as regards gender-based violence and guide them through rehabilitation to work towards elimination of practice of child labour and to take appropriate steps for their rehabilitation to establish and run various welfare centres to promote de-addiction, welfare of senior citizens, physically and mentally handicapped persons and overall human development, to work on projects for animal husbandry, animal medical care and animal rights and to implement projects on development of fisheries, to work for resource-less and poor people by active involvement in rural development through public participation and to co-ordinate with social activities, to create awareness and implement various projects on public health and family welfare and to organize awareness movement for population control, to organize and conduct programmes on health, education and sanitation, create public awareness to control population and to prevent epidemics and to arrange for basic facilities, to work for conservation of soil and energy, to create public awareness about aids and other diseases and to work for preventive measures. Also to promote blood donations and organize camps for the same,to promote cow protection and cow care and to intensively work for their protection,to make the rural women self-reliant by organizing their self-help groups (shgs) and to train and promote them, to implement projects for development of rural sources of livelihood and to provide market for the sale of agricultural and other rural products, to carry out various schemes for the development of handicraft and to arrange for necessary training and availability of techniques for artisans to make them self-reliant, to establish such animal husbandry and agriculture based cooperative production training centres which are economically self-reliant and help the society for reducing the dependence on outside help (governmental as well as non-governmental) for developmental works, to work for the social and economic development of rural areas in cooperation, apart from government, with financial institutions like commercial banks, insurance companies and business houses of corporate sector, working for persons with disability.
