PHOOLEEN aims to establish a society where the deprived and disadvantaged sections of the community will have access to improved health and environment, better returns from agriculture, and social cohesion to enhance their standard of living through creation of autonomous institutions, ensure human rights, women rights, building confidence and empowered.
