Aims/Objectives/Mission : To establish a society in which women, children and men exercise their rights and enjoy their dignity of life (with primary role of women as decision makers) Lal Bahadur Shastri public school shiksha samiti seeks to enable poor rural/urban slum families to live a life of dignity. Empowering women to act against socio-economic oppression, injustice and discrimination. Just governance that is participative and pro-poor. Responsible society community that realizes and challenges the practices of marginalization through self-determination. The objectives of the society shall be to promote, aid, assist, help, finance, guide, organize, plan, undertake, develop, maintain, carry on, channalise and coordinate projects, programs and schemes primarily relating to integrated rural development including development of natural and human resources linked to rural development. The society will undertake educational and social services (education, health, training, appropriate technology, diffusion of useful knowledge and information to community development aimed at all round rural urban slum development, creation of employment opportunities self reliance, improvement in the quality of life of people in general and economically, socially and ecologically underprivileged sections (minorities) in particular and any other program for development in Uttar Pradesh in particular and any other part of India in general.
