Aims/Objectives/Mission : The Problem very often we hear people lament that the materialistic tendencies are rapidly spreading in the Indian society and the time tested values of its heritage are fast eroding. However, both, those who lament and those who hear reflect over them with a sense of non-chalance or fail to gauge the implications. As a cumulative impact of this, we have rather failed to create an ambience in the society that produces individuals with character and integrity. Character building, indeed, begins in the class room. Not many realize the imperative of inculcating right values in the formative stage which is the classroom. If we look back and reflect on what has been happening, we sadly realize that all sorts of fissiparous tendencies have entered out civil society. Towards neutralizing such tendencies, it is important to make every one realize that individuals are not brought up in isolation; their growth is intrinsically linked to various things most importantly, their school, their family, and the nation, therefore they have a responsibility towards them.
