Mission the seed has a wide mission in reduction of extreme poverty by sustainable development focusing on natural resource management, blending the traditional and latest technology adoption. Besides strengthen the community towards food security, nutritional balance, sanitation, and health and quality education to children. To protect the environment for effective utilization and management of natural resources – through mobilizisation, collective action, capacitate the local institutions and ownership by the community. To ensure food security by promoting traditional agriculture practices and to bring back ecological balances and bio?diversity making the surroundings green and cool To reduce cost inputs, enhance productivity, market linkages and access to allied line departments in farming sector by introducing cost effective and new technologies. Promote federation of farmers groups to get legal identity such as mutually aided cooperatives/ Producer Company for self financing by thrift and credit. To enforce the rights applicable to children by ensuring quality education, nutritional balance, primary health, hygiene and sanitation. To capacitate the youth towards skill based trainings, provide sustainable opportunities, to cope up with the market demand and develop their own entrepreneurship. Besides establish knowledge management center to access information, develop training modules, relevant reading material and development models. To prohibit alcoholism, drug-addicts, superstition through social awareness and create awareness on community health and sanitation. Create opportunities and special education too physically and mentally challenged. To frame strategies for conducting survey, studies, evaluations, develop the plans.
