Aims/Objectives/Mission : To promote research and public interest in technology that is appropriate for the development of a sustainable environment and economy. To select and implement the technology to suit the needs of communities either by way of advice or research programme. To organize workshops, public seminars, educational programmes, conferences and demonstrations on environment and related issues. To develop an education center which is open to the public containing resource library. To create awareness among the people regarding the use of socially economically and environmentally sound technology. To support self help programmes which involve people and communities in their own development promote and encourage peoples participations in development. To promote the forestation on programmes and conserve the fertility of the top most soil. To assist in organization of via ore rural development programmes and in increasing the food production through the planning implementation and evaluation of development procreation taken up by the government. To protect the endangered species, to prevent cruelty to animals suffering.
