Aim/Objective/Mission : Winner society is committed to the welfare of mentally disabled individuals, and their families. Founded on a belief that a mentally disabled individual, like every human being, has an equal right to live, love, care, education, training and employment, in order to facilitate both understanding and empathy towards differently abled persons, winner bridges the gap between the so-called normal (abled) and the disabled. By creating community based rehabilitation programs, it also focuses on the potentiality of the disabled within the larger community. Objectives: to promote education and health. To eradicate poverty. To abolish the child labors and bonded labors. To provide accommodation to the mentally disabled children to provide supplementary food to the target group of mal nutrients. To create awareness on hiv/aids and spiritual education. To reduce stigma and discrimination of such children in the community through awareness programmes. To address the psycho social needs of the mentally disabled children. To make people understand the plight of the mentally retarded children and the environment in which they are working to develop life skills capacity for the children with symptoms of mental retardation creating opportunities for economic self reliance among the physically challenged & poor. To ensure people’s involvement in developing a society wherein peace, justice and equality prevail. To promote economic development activities for the benefit of physically challenged sections amongst the society, preference being given to the occupational groups and women. To ameliorate the sufferings of the downtrodden, marginalized and the weaker sections of society. Strengthen the grass root level by building confidence, problem solving capacity, resilience and skills among local people. Eco-friendly and environmental conservation to provide skill trainings to differently abled and mr empowerment of persons with disabilities is an interdisciplinary process, covering various aspects such as, prevention, early detection, intervention, education, vocational training, rehabilitation and social integration of physically challenged, destitute children and women with their fullest potentiality irrespective of caste, creed, colour, language and religion of the nation.
