Purpose : Social Work
Aim/Objective/Mission : The tarasankar panchagram seva samiti is a social welfare organization of local repute. We have formed the organization to actively participate in various rural development activities like organization of self help group, mass literacy campaign, participate in health programme like pulse polio immunization, awareness camps on health and total sanitation, anti drugs campaign, nutrition, leprosy detection camps, tuberculosis detection camp and free medical stall. In self-employment sector we have organized seminar on self-help group making and different vocational training camps mass awareness on bio-gas, bio-technology and climate change. In educational sector we have orgnized free coching center and book donation camp to needy and poor student. Also started micro insurance programmed as a micro agent of lici. In cultural area, we have at several times successfully organized different important national/international dates, cultural programmes/competitions and socio cultural activities. The society also organized seminars on youth welfare for sc/st/obc, minorities and tribal people and financial help to the older and needy persons of the locality. The society has lonched a social forestry programme. All these socio-economic programme are among the general public of the locality. Education, health, arts, culture, science, social awerness, environment, social foresty programme, bio- diversity campaign, tribal affairs and others.
