Aims/Objectives/Mission : In the past few years, many areas of Ghazipur, Balrampur, Shahjananpur, Unnao, Rae Barely and Shrawasti district have witnessed socio-economic changes. This resulted in a development transition with encouraging results. The sansthan vision inmates from this background and its rural realities. The social service activities originally started have gradually proceeded to community development and welfare, mainly based on peoples need and demand. The poor are finding it difficult to meet both ends of survival because they can hardly afford to buy food and lack the means to grow it. Hence, economic empowerment, improved information and health services were considered to be essential elements of development programmes. The Society believes in creating environment for gainful work opportunities in partnership with the community, village institution and Banks for improving families income. The organization constantly strives to empower the people of target area so that they can build their own capacity with the available resources.We visualize a society based on justice, equity and fullness of life for all Empowerment of the dalits and the marginalized sections of the society by social animation, raising their educational, social, economic and health status a process of animation and empowerment of the dalits and margin.
