Aims/Objectives/Mission : The institution hem Chandra Gupta memorial social welfare society is a charitable association. Its object and activities are devoted for overall rural development and general welfare of the poor public. It also provides quality education to nurture all round development of young generation for making them responsible citizens, and the education which is affordable to lower class of society and free education to poor and Needy student. Its object and progress neither includes nor intents any profit making activity. The Institution also aims to provide training in sewing, tailoring, handicrafts and computers for self employment with special encouragement to women and girls so as to make them independent and capable of working in this field.
