Aim/Objective/Mission : Shinengo moral :- give a man a fish and you feed him for a day! Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a life time shine ngo is an independent, voluntary, nonprofit, non governmental charitable organisation working to better the lives of people living in India. Through a range of empowerment, welfare programmes encompassing education, health, skill devolpment awareness building and self-help projects, shine helps thousands of beneficiaries within hyderabad and several nearby villages. Our aims empowerment of the marginalized through capacity building and sustianble rural and urban development programmes the social economic empowerment of women, youth belonging to the poor social sections. The programmer aims at securing equal opportunity. Gender justice social security legal aid and economic of poor women. Promote sustainable development of the all round development of the poor, youth, children and disadvantage social sections. To establish vocational, self employment, skill development, technical institute in urban and rural areas. To organize village level income generate empowerment, awareness and training. Home for old age, orphans, to maintain self help groups system. To conduct health program mes in rural and urban areas. To work for the eradication of child labor. To organize improvement of living standards to the poor people in urban and rural areas. To conduct awareness, research and development on contemporary issues. Dialoging with the government authorities on proper implementation of various government development schemes. Our vision to empower women by helping them find livelihoods, better educate their children and improve their sense of well being our mission shine introduces the urban illiterate women to sustainable livelihoods and supports them in education of their children through an area based community model that retains the cultural and social identity of the women. In today’s social environment in hyderabad, India, underprivileged women in the lower strata of society are financially dependent. Families are going through hardships unable to sustain themselves and their children owing to illiteracy and lack of proper skills. Cost of living in metropolitan cities and rural areas has furthermore decreased the economic status of large families. The women are handicapped in generating an acceptable family income and girl-child education became a luxury. As generations are changing, the majority of the girls in these families are remaining without any education. This is accelerating the scarcity of women work force and results in more poverty and illiteracy rates. To bring the revolution in poor and needy people for bringing them to main stream society by providing health, education, training and basic needs especially for the development of women, youth, children. We facilitate the empowerment of women and girls from poor and marginalized communities in the fight to overcome poverty, exclusion and social injustice. We nurture leadership internally and among partners to achieve this mission. We are a social venture with the belief that social economic empowerment of women begins with income generation and education.
