Aim/Objective/Mission : R.D. Pankaj Shiksha Samiti- is professionally managed ngo. The organizational structure of the sansthan is non ?formal not strictly hierarchical. We have board of seven executive members as management committee. It decides the policy, proposal, project & planning. The executive chairman or president is the overall incharge of the ngo & secretary is the addisitation executive chairman those are directly responsible to board of management committee. For the execution & implementation of different programmes. The executive chairman is the project director & the secretary is project officer. The executive chairman or secretary are main persons. They oppoient suervisors, field officers, coordinator, block coordinator & other persons. They dicision making prograss & process. Each project director is the leader of his projector. He look after the project and make most of the decision related to his work / project. Any project or programme & work we encourage our workers to take on self reliant.
