Purpose : Child welfare
Aims/Objectives/Mission : IFO’s activities aim at child welfare. The focus is on enrolment, retention and re-entry of children into the formal educational system. It is envisaged this would delay the entry into full employment and reduce the working hours of the children. Ideally, elimination of all forms of damaging and exploitation forms of child work is the ultimate goal; yet in practical terms mere banning of child labour is not the solution to the problem.
