To be an accepted facilitator inspired by the love for humanity and faith in social justice, to change and empower the unorganized into a prosperous and liberated society by education, awareness and organizational networks. The society aims at the uplift and sustainable development of the rural poor, empowerment of women, backward and minority communities through education, health, social awareness programmes and community based rehabilitation programmes. Chaithanya is the amalgamation of the philosophical vision nurtured by few enthusiastic young people who are willingly taken up the cause of changing the society by contributing their mite.
