Aim/Objective/Mission: Our primary mission is to spread Yoga from door to door and shore to shore. With this end in view, we conduct courses in Asanas, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and Meditation, Cleansing Practices from Hatha Yoga, Yoga Teachers? Training Courses. Yoga for children and pregnant women. Yoga for a wide range of ailments and therapy counselling. Residential accommodation is available for those undergoing courses with us. We also run an environmental project called Ecology Learning Action.
