Aims/Objectives/Mission : CEPT is a premier academic institution in the country imparting education at graduate and post-graduate level in Architecture, planning, Interior Design and Construction Technology, sponsored by the Ahmedabad Education Society (AES), a voluntary non-profit organisation established in 1935. CEPT is an autonomous institution offering its own diplomas for various academic programs, which are recognised by the government. Experts from academics, professional fields, and industry are part of the Governing Council. The institute has been accorded the status of Scientific and Industrial research Organisation (SIRO) by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Govt. of India.
