Purpose 😕 Environment, Industry, Science and Technology
Aims/Objectives/Mission 😕 The UNIDO Office in India, is the main vehicle for providing UNIDO technical support at the country level. Its main responsibility is to develop, coordinate and support the overall cooperation between UNIDO and the Government of India, the academic community, the private sector and civil society for promoting industrialization. Apart from funding a number of technical assistance projects in India, the amount is used to meet the needs of other developing countries in transferring Indian technology and know-how.
