Purpose : Awareness Generation, Child Welfare, Grants/Aids, Hiv/Aids, Yoga.
Aim/Objective/Mission : To create a sense of brotherhood, co-operation, mutual harmony, love and affection amongst the members and general people. To organize seminar on social justice, educational and economical upliftment to raise legal demands and fundamental rights provided by constitution of India. To identify, strengthen and develop local non-government agencies/ associations in urban slums / socio economically, educationally backward communities /areas for integrated development and enable them to continue and sustain. Mobilize local resources to reconstruct slum / village into model one with optimum multiple welfare facilities for different age groups (children, adolescents, youth, women and aged) with people s active participation.organize awareness building program /social action program to control /reduce social problem/issue like illiteracy, ill-health, over population, drug abuses, alcoholism, dowry, child labor etc. With focus on urban slums / socio- economically backward /deprived areas / community, through sensitizing youth groups, women s groups etc. Develop an information base on youth work, child and women development work, environment, social legal aids, non-formal education, health management information system etc. For development workers / activist groups. Promote professional competence in human service management and development through training, research work and publish matters collected or obtained from these forms as well as from national or international resources. Provide support to the projects / program / associations sponsored or funded by ngos. Trusts / government / semi- government organization in project planning, monitoring and evaluation and follow-up programmers. To affiliate and take support with other societies. Institutions organizations, national or international, in the pursuit of all or any of the above objectives. To provided for the training of selected persons for the purpose of the fulfillment and carrying of the objectives of the ngo. Generally to take all necessary action decided upon by the governing body to attain the objectives of the ngo. Without prejudice to generality of the above and for the effective carrying out the above objectives, the ngo shall have the power to receive and hold property of any kind including securities and negotiable instruments, to construct and maintain buildings including the rights to maintain or improve them and to maintain suitably to manage, sell transfer or otherwise dispose of or deal with property of any kind belonging to the ngo, to enter into contracts form and in connection with any of the purpose of the ngo, to raise money and funds in such a manner, as may be deemed fit for on behalf of the ngo either locally or from abroad. To open, found, establish, promote setup, run, maintain, assist, support and /or help the various charitable, educational, technical/non technical, vocational, agricultural and community development programs for all. To open, found, establish, promote setup, run, maintain, assist, support and /or help the various community development programs/activities and also construct and develop the community halls, marriage homes, pio, dharmshala, night shelters, shochalay, libraries, old age homes, orphanage, health care centers, charitable dispensaries, hospitals, reading rooms, play grounds, stadiums (both open and indoor), yoga training centers, gymnasiums, music and dance training centers, aganwari, balwari, mahila ashram, studios, drama stage and other buildings/institutions for use of general public and for welfare of the general public. To give, provide and /or render monetary and/or other help and assistance for the relief of persons and animals affected by natural and other calamities such as flood, fire, famine, cyclone, earthquake, storm, accident, drought, epidemic, unbearable cost of living etc. To educate the people and organize various kinds of awareness programmes / activities regarding consumer protection laws and rights of the public in this connection. To render services to the women, children and youths of the country for their actual moral, social and legal rights. To promote literacy, cultural and other social activities by awareness programs, adult education classes, lectures, essay competition exhibitions symposium, cultural programs, press conferences and seminars. To start, establish, run take over or manage and maintain the schools, with the object to provide sound nursery, pre-primary, primary, secondary, senior secondary and higher education to children/students by seeking recognition and affiliation from the education departments etc. To work for promotion and diffusion of useful knowledge and advancement of Indian art, culture and philosophy. To open centers/institutes for diagnostic curative and research of cancer, aids, tb and other deadly diseases. To arrange and organize eye and blood donation camps. All the acts/activities/programs shall be non-profitable and shall be done on no profit no loss basis. All the incomes, earnings, movable / immovable properties of the ngo shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objects only as set forth in the memorandum of association and no profit on thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends.
