Purpose 😕 Women’s issues
Aims/Objectives/Mission 😕 The women training and social empowerment has been one of the priority area of the Government of India. The women’s training cell at DGE & T, aims at offering equitable training facilities to women in up-coming areas of employment through a well established network of women exclusive institutes and updated course curriculum. Women exclusive institute have been set up so as to encourage increased participation of urban/semi-urban women in skill training for employment, including self-employment.
