Purpose: To dissiminate and share our working experience with others and learn from them.
Aim/Objective/Mission: To generate awareness, consciousness and promote holistic development of all sections of the society. The organization has a vision to have equity based society bereft of any exploitation on the ground of sex, race, caste, creed, class and religion. To strive for the sustainable development process and improvement in quality of life of all sections of the society with emphasis on deprived and marginalized through participatory approach and also empower them to avail their rights. To strengthen community driven initiatives for people empowerment, sustainable livelihood, health management, total literacy and holistic development of the community in general with an emphasis on the most unprivileged section of the society. To promote natural resource management, agriculture improvisation, safe drinking water, agro forestry and environment conservation. To protect the rights of the children through various programs for child labor and child trafficking. To protect the disabled people and old aged people through programs for their health and rehabilitative measures. To protect the women in distress by way of arranging counseling, resource and rehabilitative measures so as to bring them in the mainstream of life. To develop leadership and organization capacity among the youth and adolescent for participating in the development programs. To capacitate the local traditional and formal leaders, community based groups, women groups ?SHG in particular for advocacy and social mobilization for actualization of development process among the community.
