Aim/Objective/Mission: Ever since its inception in 1995, NEN?s goal has been to empower women of the region around issues of livelihood, reproductive health, the environment, and to ensure that there is a change in the region?s development perspectives from needs to rights. Create young development activists in NE; create wide scale advocacy for peace initiatives at local, national and international level; organise NE women’s organisations to discuss and act upon food security, livelihood with special focus on health and human rights.
