Purpose : Social Work.
Aim/Objective/Mission : Vision: bright star club & library was established in district of barpeta with the motto of let us unite to survive? in the year 1990. For the upliftment of deprived & marginalized, poor and illiterate section of the society by providing modern education, health care & sanitation facilities, relief & rehabilitation, awareness and poverty eradication programme etc aims establishing a human upliftment society in the ground of truth, love and compensation by developing the awareness about the moral values and socio-economic justice among the people and thereby strengthening and maintaining peace, harmony and amity among different communities along gandhian lives to create modern indiaand also our aims is to motivate to do social development work and ideological reforms in the society. Help, encourage and motivate the people who are below poverty line without distinction of caste, colour and creed to become useful citizen of the country. Establish educational institutions for creating a happy and prosperous humanity. Establish educational institutions particularly for girl?s. Organize, conduct and assisting to organizing educational lectures, seminars, career counseling camps etc. For the overall development of the common people as well as the youths. Provide scholarship, financial aid to the deserving and poor students and provide financial assistance to the un-aided teachers. Established modern library, reading rooms in the rural areas including modern facilities like computer and internet facilities to impart world wide knowledge and information. Established old age home for caring the old persons. Established ?day care centre? for the kids of working mothers. Establish and run ?working women hostel? and ?working man hostel? separately. Establish vocational training centre and employment generation scheme for rural women & youths. Establish family counseling centre. Provide counseling, referral service and rehabilitation to the women victims of atrocities in the family and society and also to other affected by family and social problems and disputes. Provide technical education to the youths by establishing technical educational institutions. Establish multi-trade training centre for self employment of the poor women, widows, poor youth, disable persons and destitute etc.) setting up employment cum income generation programmes for rural bpl youths & women. Setup micro finance institute for development of the unorganized sector of the society. Conduct awareness generation camps on various issues relating to health, education, employment etc. For the women, youths and children of socially economically backward section of the society. Motivate the rural people to form self-help groups. Provide pure drinking water, health care and sanitation facilities to the needy poor people. Work for adult literacy and cent percent child literacy. Establish separate school study centre for physically handicapped persons and their overall development. Set ups distance learning centres for the higher education of the drop-outs, working people, house wives etc. Develop sportsmen spirit in sport and adventure and make the local youths and children interested in games and sports. Organize different cultural programmes for develop unity among different caste, community and religion. Relief and rehabilitation programmes for the victims of natural calamities like fury, flood, cyclone, earthquake etc. And man made calamities like communal violence. Work for the development of agriculture, fisheries, duckary, poultry, handlooms, sericulture, dairies, horticulture etc. At rural areas. Work for development of agricultural land and irrigation system for increase production. Organize social awareness programme on aids, cancer, t.b. Polio and to take care of human disease.
